United StatesEverything was spotless and the details were something that you would see at a bed and breakfast. You could tell just how passionate the owner is based on her customer service and the details that went into this apartment. It was stocked with everything we needed to enjoy our three days there. The heat worked super well and the bathtub and shower were divine. But the view! You could not stop looking at the view! Everything was perfect and it was our favorite spot in 3 weeks in Spain

United KingdomGreat communication and location. Bed was too hard for me but the pillow was a solid bolster (not ideal for me). Windows rattled all night as it was windy so hardly slept. Shame because the place was nice and well equipped.

CanadaNicely renovated apartment with full kitchen. The main living area is a little tight but it does the the trick. The reclining chairs are very comfortable and the TV is gigantic. The owner came by to organize the TV streaming. The washing machine did a great rapido job. Upstairs, the patio was nice and in cooler weather, the sun room was excellent. Access and parking was easy (use the residents only road access to avoid driving narrow town streets). All in all, a nice place!

Very pretty small hill village with wonderful views and a...
Very pretty small hill village with wonderful views and a few bars and a great old country hotel. Possibly a bus , but easier by car , free parking spots available at the edge of the village( we were there in March and plenty of parking then) , very narrow roads in the village. Fabulous walks up the gorge from the village and if you have a car you can nip up the road towards the caves for many other walking possibilities. Really beautiful limestone landscape , with abundant flowers and birds and a few springs( funte) to fill up water bottles .

Much of what I've already said about the property.
Much of what I've already said about the property. Zuheros is a little gem and well worth a visit. The area itself has a lot to offer and, although I've visited four times before, there's always something new to see and old to explore again. Limited places to eat but sufficient. A restaurant close to the castle and church as well as the hotel in town. A bakery and a little shop for basics too.
Go to Luque and Alcaudete (if you like castles); Priego de Cordoba for an all round experience of Spain.

Zuheros is a delightful village, with great opportunities for walking BUT plan well in advance as maps, walking info. not available locally. The Zuheryos hotel and restaurant, local panaderia and supermarket provided all we needed

The hotel was central to the village and had “drop off”...
The hotel was central to the village and had “drop off” parking only because of the narrow streets though the village did have adequate parking elsewhere and a short walk away. Thats said, if you have difficulty walking or going up steep street roads this is not for you.
To end, I would like to say a big thank you to all of the staff at the hotel-you were all so nice and helpful making our holiday with you totally memorable

Walking possibilities in the mountains along walking path, but even then some are difficult, but certainly do able. Other possiblities are much easier, such as waling on a walkin/cycling road the used to be a trainline

Located in a beautiful Zuheros where everything (a castle, restaurants, miradores, hiking track starting points...) is within a walking distance. Parking lots are a few steps below the house. Casita Capricho is a newly renovated (very nicely with a touch for detail) house with everything we needed for our stay. It is modern, clean, has all facilities we expected and - as a bonus - has two bathrooms. Communication with the landlord was smooth and easy.

Beautifully located in the countryside near a stunning village. Lovely old Hacienda reformed into a hotel with character and breathing history. Comfortable rooms, staff friendly, very pretty outside terraces although less used through the winter, easy walk to the near village and easy drive to get to it from Cordoba or Malaga. Good food in the on-site restaurant as well as plenty of food choices in nearby villages

Lovely room in really friendly hotel. Small but wonderful pool. Dinner was great, served on terrace. Staff were really helpful (we stored our bikes in garage offsite during the day and they moved them to hotel foyer last thing at night so that they would be ready for our early morning departure).
