They have free transport to and from the city, airport and Santa village which is very convenient . They have free Finnish style sauna and the best of all is the staff who we met there like daphne , daniel ,alma and her husband etc was very accommodating and friendly. They make sure everything is ok and we are comfortable .

It’s hard to describe how amazing our time at the Arctic SnowHotel was. The hotel offers plenty of outdoor activities, and visiting the rooms and seeing each ice and snow artwork is incredible. The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. Our igloo stay was a very unique experience, and we were lucky enough to see the Northern Lights while we were there. Visit the Ice Bar! Smash your drink to the walls, it’s a blast of fun! I highly recommend the guided walk through the snowy forests with Veikka — we had an amazing time. The food is delicious and varied.

We had an amazing time in Kotatuli - staying with a local family (and their dogs) really makes a trip to Lapland very special and personal. Living in the middle of the forest is such a treat to relax and unwind, plus you get to see the Northern Lights driving there. Totally recommended!

Jenna and Elías were helping us all the time, first vía e-mails and once there solving questions and problems that came due to the extreme low temperatures we had. The cottage is gorgeus and location with the lake amazing. Perfect to see the Northern lights. We would repeat without doubts.

Incredible location! It’s outside of the city area so you don’t have a lot of light pollution and better chances to see the northern lights. It was a charming cottage with incredible customer service from our host! 10/10 would recommend.
