Athmosphere in the house was very old, rustic, still, and very enjoyable if you're into that sort of accommodation. Breakfast was very much a good for a basic Finnish country breakfast, I had no complaints whatsoever against my expectations. The premises of the old house were old and full of patina, obviously, and not modernised, but well maintained and very, very clean. Good air quality in the building.

The nature is beautiful so it must be really nice in summer.

The nature is beautiful so it must be really nice in summer. However, when it rains, there is not much to do. There is one cinema, though but tickets seem quite expensive. There are also two small shopping malls where you can find everything for a decent meal. A few restaurants are nice, deserted at this time of year and very pricey. I liked Mama's bar where I tasted different beers and the owner was very helpful.

Hotel was extremely comfortable, located in a beautiful and peaceful area. The view of the lake from the room was wonderful! We came here especially for the Käärijä concert, the staff was so nice and helpful when we asked if we can keep a concert poster from the hotel doors, kiitos! :)) You really made us happy. I also really liked the fact that we could check in much earlier, highly appreciated . I hope to come back here for a longer time someday to enjoy this beautiful place

The position is wonderful, the hotel has a lot of potential and it looks it is under renovation. Sauna quite useless, nothing more as activities. But outside there are a lot of directions in the woods/nature.

Although not the most luxurious of hotels, it felt 'home' and we very much enjoyed the stay Peaceful surroundings, relaxing. Specifically, the balcony with lake view.
