The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay and the room was recently renovated, spacious and clean. The location is perfect, with very close walking distance to the center, grotte, train station, and hikes to the Pic du Jer and Béout. The breakfast buffet was very complete and had everything that we could want to start the day. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was wonderful and the staff extremely helpful. They were able to store my refrigerated medicine for me. It was walking distance to the grotto as well as the center of town. I like that it was smaller and quiet

After another hotel canceled my reservation, I quickly booked with the Hotel des Rosiers, and I am so happy I did. I stayed during military pilgrimage weekend, and it was crazy. There were soldiers everywhere and the streets were packed. I felt like I was at Mardi Gras. The owner of the hotel switched my room to the back of the hotel so I could get a good night's sleep. He was really nice, and I felt like he was constantly looking after his guest making sure their needs were taken care of. The hotel itself was in a great location and in walking distance to the church and center of town. It also had a beautiful view of the mountains and the river running through town. I was only in Lourdes for one day, but after my enjoyable experience, I wish I would have stayed longer.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel during my travels. The place was exceptionally clean, which made a significant difference in my overall comfort. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to local attractions and amenities—great for someone on the go like me. As a peregrinator, I appreciated that luxury wasn't necessary; this hotel offered everything I needed for a pleasant and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers looking for quality without the frills!

I absolutely loved this place. The facilities were excellent but, perhaps even more importantly, the staff was really great. It was run but a nice couple, and the wife even made me a free cup of tea when I arrived. She and her husband also helped me tremendously with finding a route to the airport (despite a bit of a language barrier). As Google Maps and every other app I tried were completely ignorant of this location for some reason, I literally and truly couldn't have done it without them! All around good stay, and great value for money, I definitely recommend!
