The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic and we enjoyed the beautiful dark wood library with its collection of Cognacs for a tasting after dinner.

The hotel is very clean, good size room with a fridge, air-conditioned (it was around 35°C outside), with a bar in the lobby, in a great location close to the center of Cognac. The breakfast was nice with plenty of different options. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

The breakfast was good and the staff was super friendly… Sandrine, Lucie, and Aileen were attentive and very helpful. The location of the Hotel was perfect for exactly what I wanted to do which was explore the Cognac distilleries and this Hotel provided a very good location to enjoy Remy Martin, Hennessy , Dulce, and Martell all within walking distance…. And the room was very spacious, cozy, and very clean.

The welcoming, the authenticity of the facilities, very French-like style. The beds are very comfy and great linens, as expected in a nice hotel Great view on the village, amazing rooftop view.. Quiet rooms,.very well situated. An amazing breakfast, good qualité food and varied. All the staff is very attentive,, kind and smiling. Wonderful experience indeed! Would have stayed longer if I'd had the opportunity.

We rented a cabin on the water and my just loved it. Super quiet, fully stocked and had everything we needed for our stay. The cabin had 2 beds, but the one bed was a full, not big enough for my husband and I, so we each had our own bed. The pool was closed, but it looked fine.
