The beauty of the area. The attention to detail of the staff. The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful with insights to places of interest nearby and restaurant recommendations as the restaurant on the property was booked both nights we were interested in dinning there. Totally our fault as we were unaware of the reputation of the restaurant.

The Château des Avenieres is located in the countryside between Annecy and Genève. This 4-star hotel features a golden mosaic chapel and has a hammam, hot tub and an ornamental lake.

The location is beautiful and the suite we received was a paradise. The staff was very friendly and everything was extremely clean. The restaurant offers excellent dinners, a bit expensive but acceptable.

The breakfast staff are very friendly, the dining room kept very clean. The food there is healthy, a good variety and I love the orange press. The receptionists were also great. When I arrived I expected the room to be noisy, being above a mall, near a waterpark, and adjacent to the elevator but it was not, it was a very quiet room with good soundproofing. I could not have chosen a better place to stay with the family to visit France, Italy & Switzerland. A supermarket in the same building, and the Pizza place in the mall is a great place to have dinner btw.

I really liked the location, the atmosphere, the staff! We were with a group of 9 and had some issues with the room access codes, was all solved quickly. We could easily get a tab for the whole group at the restaurant/terrace. We had a great time!

This was our first night on the Way of St. Jacques walking Pilgrimage from Geneva to Le Puy en Velay. So we just needed a place to overnight in Neydens. It was great for that. Plus the house was clean and filled with interesting wood sculptures.

Le jardin de Moun is a recently renovated bed and breakfast in Villy-le-Bouveret where guests can make the most of the garden and barbecue facilities.
