Staff was pleasant, room was clean and as advertised. Very accommodating with our 2 dogs.

Our room was very quiet and met our needs. Parking our car was quite easy, we had two locations to choose from, both less than a 2 minute walk from the hotel. This hotel is located in a quiet tiny village on the outskirts of Dijon and, while we noticed a bus stop, the city of Dijon is a 15 to 20 minute car ride from this location. We had a car so can not speak to how reliable/ convenient the bus would be. The room was clean and comfortable. There is no air conditioning (we did not expect it). We speak almost no French and our host spoke very little English; however, with loads of smiles and a a few (polite) hand gestures we had no problems. If we had had any significant questions, this might have posed an issue. We did not eat here but when we returned in the evening from our outing, the restaurant was PACKED! Clearly popular.

Located just outside of Dijon, we were able to drive to the hotel easily and then take an Uber into town in minutes. The hotel had a beautiful view, was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were very kind. The shower was amazing too! We also highly recommend the breakfast that was offered for a very reasonable price.

Location was central located across from the train station. The rooms were spacious and we loved the shower above all. Breakfast room was spacious and the choice was sufficient. Staff was great.

Location was excellent, 3 min away from old center. The manager was extremenly welcoming to me and my family! Gave all the tips about the city and helped us when we needed. The room was extremely clean!! This is super important to us! Bed was also very comfortable.

We had the most wonderful stay at the Kyriad Hotel in Dijon, and it's all thanks to the incredible hospitality, especially from Tristan, who truly went above and beyond to make our visit unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel so welcome and well taken care of. His warm professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine kindness elevated our entire experience, a true gem in customer service! The hotel itself is immaculate, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and perfectly quiet, which made for a truly restful stay. Our room was pristine with a super comfortable bed, and everything felt fresh and modern. The breakfast was another highlight, absolutely delicious with a great variety, honestly one of the best we’ve had at any hotel. The facilities were just as impressive: The pool was gorgeous and relaxing, The sauna was the cherry on top, And the gym was well-equipped and clean. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly and helpful, but Tristan's exceptional service really stood out and made a lasting impression. What an amazing surprise was this hotel. The hotel is small but it's complete so was perfect for us with 2 kids because they could go alone to the play room. It has a nice swim pool, playroom, sauna and relax room. The staff was sweet and kind with us.

I did not expect a suite - that was a great surprise. The location was a short walk from the town centre, and very quiet. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast good.

Classic "Grand Dame" hotel located in a prime spot 5 minutes from the train station and atop a hill overlooking the city. The Haussman building is a prime example of a famous French style of architecture with a tasteful and intriguing interior driven by modernism and color. The public spaces, the restaurant, the bar are all relaxing, calm and satisfying.
