The house is really amazingly cosy, full of books, little ornaments brought from travels, a fireplace, hand-made crafts made by Mimi, and even more beautiful than the house are its hosts Mimi and Bernard, who do everything so that your stay becomes unforgettable: aperitivo with interesting talks, delicious homey meals. I’m sure there’s no better place in the area than this one!

Apartment was very well appointed, and came with everything we needed. Air conditioning worked very well, and there were 3 separate units - one for each bedroom and another for the living room. View from the living room was nice, parking outside was easy, and location was excellent.

It is just a very pretty small hamlet with no shops; so a car is almost essential. The small towns nearby are absolutely exquisite as are the local outdoor markets. The supermarkets are outstanding. This is a very lovely part of France and the people were very charming and helpful. An ability to speak some French is a help but is not essential. The local restaurants are full of character and mostly very good food.
