Quiet location outside of Lourdes. Very outgoing host, and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent breakfast and dinner “of the duck”.

The host was excellent, gave us tips, good communication because she speaks English, very helpful.

The property is safe. A quiet place to stay.

Beautiful clean hotel in a great location very close the the church. Staff were friendly and help full.

We arrived very late off the train and walked 12 minutes mostly downhill to the location and someone was there to greet us. (We took a taxi back uphill) the room was tiny (poor photo) but acceptable. The highlight of the room is the balcony (photo of view)and the doors we left open all day and night. The weather there is cool as it's a higher elevation town and we could hear the river from our room. It is an easy walk to the church and we returned to our room for a nap before the candlelight procession. There was a good breakfast for a fee. I would recommend this location.

Our place was spacious, clean and well stocked. The best part was the emphasis on keeping it a Holy place. There was a small chapel and the entire place supported our pilgrimage of Grace

It’s super convenient and has a great restaurant and bar at the lobby and the reception staff was also excellent especially Camilo who gave us a complete info of the sanctuary of Lourdes and was very accommodating

The hotel, I believe, is family-owned. I was welcomed by Max, who is really nice and accommodating. Thank you Max. :) I was unable to fully taste the cuisine the hotel restaurant served because of my allergies. I only had one meal— and it was delicious! I think Max is also the head chef? The location is perfect. Just 5 minutes away from the grotto. Would love to stay here again.
