The staff was accomodating of me and my little dog--they even provided a metal bowl and a dog bed! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was very quiet, so the sound insulation was good between rooms.

I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

The Breakfast was amazing and the presentations were very good. The service was top notch . Over all I would stay at this hotel again . It was truly made our stay in Annecy very enjoyable.

Simply amazing, even though we were early our room was ready and they let us check in. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed there during Christmas time and the Christmas Market was a 5 minute walk away. Will book again for sure

The staff was super friendly, the hamam was lovely and the room was adorable.

It feels like a small family-owned hotel, except that you are in a castle! The staff, especially the person in charge of marketing and who also helps with the evening service, went out of their way to show us around on what turned out to be an awesome tour; my daughter was enchanted. The owner came to greet us during breakfast; a lovely person. Just an awesome experience all around. PS: We are all fluent in French, so that might change if that is not the case.

The hotel is located in a perfect location, just a short walk from Annecy and in front of the lake. The rooms have everything you need, and the hotel's restaurant is lovely for an al-fresco dinner.

Everything was perfect. The position of the hotel by the lake, its lovely views, and its wonderful gardens. A very majestic building.

The room is quite small, i didnt like that the shower and bathroom are separate. But all good and the staff was great
