When I initially booked I asked about motorcycle parking and was assured it was not a problem,this proved to be correct as there are motorcycle parking bays next to the hotel, in fact our room overlooked them. Friendly welcome and the owner was very patient with my very poor French. Staff in the pizzeria speak good english as do some reception staff. Excellent steaks to be had here. Breakfast on the terrace made for a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

A great little French village with two good hotels and the...

A great little French village with two good hotels and the excellent Cafe Napoleon. The locals are all so friendly; English language varies but with pigeon French you will get by easily. There's even a local cricket club if that is your thing. Transport is easy from the coast as there is a direct bus or a taxi will cost about 40 euros from the nearest train station. If you like walking then there are some amazing hills which are often the site for seeing hundreds of parasailers and the odd confused buzzard. If you have a couple of days to chill away from the Riviera then this is a great choice. A final word of warning... do not book the property called "Maisonnette en résidence avec piscine et tennis" as it is awful and does not look anything like the Booking.com photos and the owner will refuse any refunds point blank.

The hotel is cozy and the upper floor rooms have a nice unobstructed view and a generous terrace. The rooms are a bit old fashioned (goes with the style of the hotel), but they are very clean and the beds are comfortable. Staff are very welcoming and kind!

Lovely location in the village which has improved over the last few years. The bus from and to Grasse stops outside the hotel. The rooms vary so if you get a good one as I did you will be happy.
