The couple that manage the B&B Luxurious are very professional and attentionate to details. Are room was ample and very confortable as stated on Booking.com g.com,the bathroom had a sauna included, the home was 300 years old and immaculate. The stone work,and the wood details were astonishing. The owner, prepared breakfast in the morning ,bread juice freshly squeezed, jams ,honey and coffee . The place is very well located right next to the Church and LA Sauternaise has i believe 4 rooms that are available, didn't see the others but I am certain that that they have treated with has much details as the other one. Recommend this B&B for the tourist that want to spend few days in the city of Sauternes, you have 3 restaurants near buy,and wine shop where you can buy pretty much everything . I would definitely go back,that you for providing such pleasant and confortable stay. Patrick

Very nice place to stay for a couple days in Southerns. The owner is very sympathetic and always a good source of tips about what to do around. The place fills what promise - a comfortable, clean place to stay.

This is an extraordinary hotel. The Lalique glass themed château is a delight for the senses. Staff was outstanding. Food merits 6 stars. Having a drink in the Lalique Bar was a particular delight, as well as dining outside at the Terrasse Restaurant, and walking in the Vineyard. Rooms are enormous and are impeccably clean, appointed with beautiful Lalique glass. The hotel feels newly renovated and is what luxury travel is all about.

Sauternes is a very pretty village but also a very small one...

Sauternes is a very pretty village but also a very small one-horse town. we arrived on a Monday and all the restaurants were shut and the 1 tapas bar that is open doesn't allow for dogs (we chose this because there was a review from someone who was driving from the Uk to Spain, the same as us, and had a dog and they recommended this bar, however I think the policy has changed since then. Our hosts weren't very hospitable and sent us to Langon telling us there was a lot open there, however, there was only 1 bar serving terrible food. We wouldn't visit here again.

Sauternes is a jewel and at the same time a miracle – a sleepy tiny town among vineyard-covered sweeping hills of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine doesn't seem to have anything to offer, not even a supermarket. But the appearances are misleading – it's a perfect base for visiting the innumerable chateaus that have been producing France's most expensive wine for at least two last centuries.

Lovely B&B in the heart of Sauternes. Closed when arrived but quickly replied to text with codes for entry, requests about what we would like for breakfast etc. Very nice comfortable room with kettle etc. Breakfast in the stylish breakfast room (we could also have eaten outside) was typical French - croissant, bread, jam and coffee. Cave de vin directly opposite to buy Sauternes wine and selection of restaurants nearby. Recommend.

A wonderfully decorated apartment that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has large rooms and a great shower. Across the road from tasting rooms and not far to walk to restaurants and the bakery. Sauternes is a lovely place and lots to explore within the region. Delphine was a delight to deal with and I highly recommend her apartment. Thank you very much and I would love to return one day.

Fabulous atmosphere, classic Chateau style. Wonderful views as it’s located on a hill. Walking distance to Sauternes which is a very calm but lovely village. I prefer Sauternes over the crowded (but more spectacular) St Emilion. The wine of Ch.d’Arche is superb, not only the Sauternes but also the dry wine. A very nice tour of the winery is offered
