Perfect stay for a couple. Very cozy studio with all the amenities that you need. The neighborhood is also pretty nice and Annecy is only 10mins away by car. Would definitely consider booking again if traveling around the area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the attention to detail really stood out. The location is perfect — very convenient and close to everything we needed, making it easy to explore the area. The view from the hotel was beautiful and added a special touch to our stay. Most importantly, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

During my stay, I accidentally left behind a personal item, and to my surprise, they promptly contacted me. The staff was super friendly, the hamam was lovely and the room was adorable.

The staff was accomodating of me and my little dog--they even provided a metal bowl and a dog bed! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was very quiet, so the sound insulation was good between rooms.

Simply amazing, even though we were early our room was ready and they let us check in. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed there during Christmas time and the Christmas Market was a 5 minute walk away. Will book again for sure

The Breakfast was amazing and the presentations were very good. The service was top notch . Over all I would stay at this hotel again . It was truly made our stay in Annecy very enjoyable.

I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

We had the off site apartment and the view was exceptional. It was perfect for a relaxing time. Close to the bike trail so it was perfect for us

The room design, the soft carpet, and the beautiful picture on the wall of the girl skating perfectly reflect the Alps and one of the most popular activities in Annecy in a beautiful way. I also loved the cool air conditioning after staying in hotels without AC, and some that had AC but with very weak cooling. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the quiet atmosphere, the spacious bathroom, and the fact that everything needed was available in the bathroom.

The amazing place in the city centre. Good bed, safe, kettle and hair dryer were included.

The staff, pool and food are terrific. The location is wonderful!
