During my stay, I accidentally left behind a personal item, and to my surprise, they promptly contacted me. The front reception staff was very helpful, offering suggestions and tips, the rooms were clean.

Comfortable and worth the value

Absolutely beautiful and cosy, comfortable bed, very clean, environmentally friendly soaps. They had left a hand written message to welcome us. 6 minutes drive from the magical center of Annecy. Near the highway, very easy to find. Private parking in front of the room. Nit breakfast.

Simple road-side motel. The rooms are small but functional. Good for a single night stay while traveling.

Simply amazing, even though we were early our room was ready and they let us check in. Great location close to many restaurants and shops. We stayed there during Christmas time and the Christmas Market was a 5 minute walk away. Will book again for sure

The Breakfast was amazing and the presentations were very good. The service was top notch . Over all I would stay at this hotel again . It was truly made our stay in Annecy very enjoyable.

Small but nicely decorated rooms, with nice marble stone bathroom

I always try to stay at Novotel no matter where I go in the world, because I've never yet had a grumpy staff member. They are always absolutely lovely and this is what's most important to me. And that it has 24 hour front desk. And I know the quality will be awesome. And I always feel safe. Also, because most always have the Creme Brulee on their menu which we LOVE!! Thank you Novotel.

The staff was accomodating of me and my little dog--they even provided a metal bowl and a dog bed! The breakfast was excellent and the rooms were comfortable. It was very quiet, so the sound insulation was good between rooms.

The staff was super friendly, the hamam was lovely and the room was adorable.

The room design, the soft carpet, and the beautiful picture on the wall of the girl skating perfectly reflect the Alps and one of the most popular activities in Annecy in a beautiful way. I also loved the cool air conditioning after staying in hotels without AC, and some that had AC but with very weak cooling. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the quiet atmosphere, the spacious bathroom, and the fact that everything needed was available in the bathroom.

We enjoyed room service 24/7 ordering meals every evening as well as breakfast in the morning. The staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. The design is modern and inviting. We had a stroller and we could keep it in a safe place just outside the entry.

Mostly I like the calmness and beauty of location. Also, service for stay was unforgettable!

Excellent overall! Our executive queen room was big enough, very functional, very clean. The bed was comfy. The bathroom had a great layout with a roomy walk-in shower with many hangers for towels and clothes. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just outstanding! Close to everything, the train station, the old town, restaurants, bakeries, shops, bus stops. Everything! One note though. We don't know how good the breakfast is because we didn't have any there. We chose to go and taste the many different bakeries near by. It was our first time in Annecy and we're glad we picked this hotel. We just loved the stay here.
