From the moment I arrived, I felt like I made the right choice. The place is exceptional – clean, well-organized, and clearly cared for with attention to detail. The room was air-conditioned, and unlike many other places, the AC actually worked really well, which made a big difference during warm days. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They created a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere that made my stay even better. One of the best things was the parking – right in front of the room, safe and super convenient. As a biker, I appreciated that more than anything. The area was peaceful and quiet at night, perfect for a good night’s sleep. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything I needed. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone, especially to bikers. If you're looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable stay, this is the place to be.

Lovely French hotel, cool decor, balcony overlooking mountains, reasonable price, a short, steep walk down a fun walkway to town.

The pool and spa were very nice to have. The man at the reception was very helpful when we needed to change our room and he recommendation a few very good restaurants.

Fantastic family friendly spa. Would definitely go there again with my kids. The breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had. I was blown away that there was even a juicer with fresh vegetables and fruits available!

Everything! The setting was perfect and the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond and were so friendly.

Great location, easy plenty free parking, really friendly staff, room very comfortable, very good breakfast. The grounds are great if you are with a dog as I was. Dinner in mercure hotel (2 mins walk) was excellent

Excellent spa with wonderful indoor pool together with water area for kids to play. Very clean all over, exceptional location downtown with access to everything. Room renovated with high elegance.

The fresh air after opening the balcony door... and the door to the outside after a night with our family because late at night there was no way to find anything else.

The staff were very welcoming. They gave me a map and directions for getting around the city. Then I was here to run a race, and they even gave me a ride to the start because the buses weren't running on a Sunday morning. It was also quite inexpensive for the location right by the train station and downtown Aix.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The receptionist was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, giving us great recommendations on places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect right in the city center, surrounded by plenty of restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.
