Nice clean room,tea, coffee and bus biscuits in room. Great food selection in bar at reasonable prices. Very friendly staff and a great Landlord. Bus stop outside easy to get to from Barnstaple.

Lovely accommodation with everything we needed (weather was...

Lovely accommodation with everything we needed (weather was too hot to use the log burner!). Ate at the outside table in the sun, spent some time on the sun loungers. Easy access to Barnstaple, Saunton Sands, Croyde and Baggy Point with a 40minute drive to Clovelly. Hired bikes and a dog trailer to do some of the Tarka trail. Good parking for 3 cars at the red barn, private garden for the dog. Lovely quiet area with a short walk to the local farm shop.
