Truly a special place. One of a kind. It was intimate and quiet and suited us perfectly. The dining was fantastic, both for a special dinner and the included breakfast. We took advantage of the e-bikes as well. A memorable experience.

The room and house were beautifully decorated. Caroline couldn’t have done enough to help and was incredibly informative on things to do and see in the area.

Little Oaks is located in Dingwall, just 18 miles from Inverness Castle and 18 miles from Inverness Train Station.

We had a cooked breakfast in the main building, approx 100 meters from the rooms annex. Breakfast was really good with a warm and friendly welcome from our chef. The previous evening, we had a good dinner in the main bar. Food was tasty with a good choice available. The young staff were friendly, helpful and attentive too. Sadly we learned the restaurant may close soon. I hope this is not the case and it can remain open....

Anna was warm and welcoming! It is a cozy Inn with all the accommodations. We liked sitting by the fire and playing card games. They have an excellent selection of all the crafts Scotland has to offer. We were received with care and exceptional hospitality.
