The staff is great. They accommodated a last minute early check in request and did everything to make it happen. We had an issue with our code but they were prompt in fixing it. The room was great and had everything we needed.

Good value, especially compared to anything else in the city and given the great location. Very clean and the shower was good. I would definitely stay again, given the right price.

Simple and extremely effective. This always gets top marks for me. Convenient and easily accesible. Remote assistance was impeccable. Situated a short distance from the heart of the city, it allowed for easy access to the nightlife. Have booked twice before, never a dissapointment.

We were surprised and were upgraded to the most spectacular room! It absolutely made our weekend and felt so lucky. The room was beautiful and spacious and completely exceeded our expectations.

The staff were all very friendly, professional, and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and everything was great. The bed and comforter and pillows are super comfortable and it was the best night's sleep we got in over a week. The shower was great, the toiletries and towels were great. It was all wonderful. The location is convenient for walking to the Quay, shops, restaurants, etc. We drove to the Isle of Wight Ferry parking lot to take the ferry over for the day which was easy and convenient. We had stayed here before and will come back again.
