An amazing looking hotel not at all what I was expecting in an excellent location, easy to reach via public transport. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice. Lovely clean room and comfortable bed. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and the restaurant menu is well worth a look.

Great experience from start to finish.. lovely room with everything you need..soft bed and pillows...great drinks facilities..fresh water daily.. fantastic breakfast... lovely swimming pool..a cellar room to chill or read or play board games...great parking... location was ideal ..six minutes to the center of Lyndhurst..a great pub a few hundred yards away..super friendly and helpful staff...will definitely stay again

A wonderful stay from start to finish. Nick was a friendly and genuinely welcoming host who made us feel at home right away. The room was impeccably clean with all the modern comforts you could want, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully executed, generous, and absolutely delicious. The location is ideal too—just a two-minute walk to eateries and cafés, close to the NF trails, and with a small on-site parking area that was very convenient. A fantastic bed and breakfast that we’d happily return to.

Lyndhurst is a pretty and vibrant town on the edge of the New Forest. There are plenty of options for eating out, and a good variety of shops. If, like me, you can’t drive, or just want greener travel, there’s a good cycle hire shop, and the tour busses give access to a huge range of places around the forest. I liked it a lot! I had the best Italian meal I’ve had outside Italy at La Pergola restaurant, a short walk from town. Not only was the food exceptional, the staff were lovely too.

Perfect stay, lots of fans to stay cool, as it was hot- lovely bottle of Prosecco in the fridge. Parking & collection of keys easy & overlooking the high street which was quiet after 10pm- lots of restaurants try Pergola Italian fab & great little shops & cafes - wonderful breakfast

Nice, clean and welcoming. For me the traffic noise was too much at night, it was a warm room and couldn’t open the window due to the traffic. Therefore an uncomfortable night. However, apart from that, yes I would recommend

Lyndhurst is a very small town with many quaint shops, coffee shops and restaurants. Masses of great places to stay. Right in the New Forest. There is a lot of traffic as it's the main route through the New Forest which can be a bit off putting but as the high street and surrounding area are all on a one way system all the traffic only goes one way !!

Host, Nick, was pleasant,open, and welcoming. The room was comfortable and so was the bed. I would recommend it to others. The town had several good restaurants and the surrounding area was delightful. On site parking was convenient We hope to return.

Seemed a pleasant place although we only had a few hours there, loads of coffee shops, great Ferrari dealership, awful one way system. Had it not been for being close to Southampton for the cruise we would probably have never had visited.

I was given a smaller double room that suited my needs. The room had easy access to the hotel car park, and it was quiet. I was in the Lyndhurst area to explore the New Forest by foot as a volunteer Ramblers walks leader. The visit was to view interesting sights and recce' a walk (Lyndhurst-Brockenhurst loop) that will be walked in September'24. All were accomplished successfully. The food and service was excellent. The manager and staff were very helpful.

I stayed here with my son and dog. We had a triple room which was very clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. A cooked breakfast every morning and even for our dog Max who had a sausage for each morning!! Staff here are so friendly and it was lovely to find a hotel that is so dog friendly. A great location to explore the New Forest. Plenty of places to eat and drink in Lyndhurst and all within walking distance.

I stayed at the Crown Manor House Hotel during a business trip. Very lovely atmosphere, with a friendly staff. Secured parking was available too. The location was ideal - close to restaurant. It is a very spatious Hotel, with plenty of room to spend time at, such as the library, the restaurent, a reading rooms with available newspapers, the breakfast room.

It's in a excellent place to visit the new forest, the owners and all the staff are very helpful and accommodating, nothing is a trouble to them, our room was fantastic, very large and comfortable, breakfast was excellent, would definitely be booking to stay at the Ormonde House Hotel again when visiting the area again

Everything went well. The staff were great. The room was amazing. The food and restaurant were 1st Class. There is parking at the hotel - otherwise expensive in Lyndhurst.
