Seems to be a new hotel that kind of invigorates this town. Great breakfast buffet and very nice restaurant and excellent food that won a few "best in the 'area'" awards. Reservations are strongly recommend. The hotel is right at the water. In one direction is the marina with bars and coffee shots. In the other direction within 5 walking minutes is the train station and a shopping area with Costa, Tesco, Boots etc.

The village is small but very well equipped with a large Londis General store, very useful with pleasant friendly staff and Post lady. The beach is easily reached, long and very beautiful. Very nice pubs and restaurants on the front not overly expensive. Especially Rwts Restaurant with very original food and good quick service. Enjoyable visit.

The beach was very long and clean, and dogs were allowed on a separate part of the beach. Good eateries locally, eg The Galleon. In nearby Little Haven you can get the most fantastic lobster rolls. Would recommend the boat trip to Skomer.

The house was quite spacious, there was an unpleasant odour on one of the settees like dogs even though they said no pets allowed next morning my daughter went through the downstairs area given it a good clean and fresh it up and The settees I discovered the grill pan but still got fat all in it had to give it a good clean before I could use it some of the plates and got a chip out of them,Downstairs bedrooms bottom sheet hadblue spots on the sheet there was dirty marks on the walls downstairs toilet the toilet older old and rusty needs putting in the bin upstairs bathroom side panel coming off the double bed the duvet cover must’ve come out of the ark real old-fashioned there was plenty of space but all in all needs upgrading outside the front step is to high need some handrails for our soldiers were in our 70s and your webpage doesn’t match what outside just wants a jolly good tidy up cutting the trees down and a damn good Weeding for the price I paid I didn’t expect to come and clean it but we were there and we had to make the most of it.

It had shops, cafes, take-ways and a good pub. The beach was large and clean with good sand. At low tide you can walk round the corner to Little Haven which is prettier than Broad Haven and has three good pubs

Loved the beach and surrounding.

Loved the beach and surrounding. Big cliffs to the North of the beach though, be careful with dogs and children. They do have a 'Cliffs Kill' signs though, which I thought was really good. I'm scared of heights too, so doesn't help when I see cliffs. The beach was LOVELY though.

I would suggest that cusomers check very carefully what they pay for, read any letter sent to them as they can be misleading and expect 'surprises' upon arrival. As I already described in my first review we paid for a 3-bedroom lodge but were given a 2-bedroom one. The owner never processed his 10% refund that he offered us whe we complained. Instead he tried to blame Booking.com for failure to refund and us for being slow to react.I suspect this was a deliverate practice so avoid.
