The staff were super friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was really good and I really appreciate that they offered halal options for me every day. The location is great as well! I loved how close it is to the shopping centre and to a lot of really good restaurants & fast food places. 10/10 really loved my stay and would stay here again next time I visit Swansea.

Location, facilities and friendliness of staff

Firstly location, the facilities were excellent. We stayed in the annex which is ideal for the swimming pool. Food was excellent and staff were friendly and helpful. Very comfy bed. Will be booking again.

Everyone went out of their way to be helpful. The pub was lovely and the food delicious. The rooms were newly renovated and cozy. Just what we needed after a long trip. The location was awesome!

Incredible location, great rooms, but the staff did it for us. Some of the friendliest lads you'll ever meet. Super helpful and always down to assist. Made the trip for us!

Fab place to stay, basic but clean. Free car park and not to far to walk into town.

Really friendly staff & comfy room

They made our trip worth every second, every penny. It was my husband's birthday and they made sure that we have the time of our life. The bathtub was so beautiful. It felt like being a royal person and living like one. The coffee machine was so good. And the staffs were so welcoming and they gave us a warm welcome. I'm really planning to go there again.

We stayed in the Perriswood Suite , which is spacious and has an outdoor seating area. The restaurant was excellent!

Property is excellent and very convenient, with easy access. It's clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout the stay. Communication with the host was smooth and professional.

atmosphere in the hotel excellent, staff wonderful, rooms spotless and great value. Friendly, fun, warm welcome. Breakfast superb, lunches great and good value too. Great local beers and of course the usual favourites. Loved the biker themed decor and the whole ethos of the place. cant wait to go back again. If you,re a biker and want to base yourself somewhere while you explore Wales this place is def worth a stopover visit
