I really enjoyed my stay at the Tower Hotel, the staff was very helpful and lovely, 5 star customer service. I really enjoyed the freshly made breakfast as well. The hotel is just few minutes walk from the Cathedral, and still easy to find a parking space, I never had issues finding a spot.

I really enjoyed the luxury of the Victorian bath and the thoughtful inclusion of Prosecco, enhancing the overall indulgence of my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night’s sleep. The well-maintained exterior and clean, inviting common areas, along with remarkably kind restaurant staff who catered attentively to our needs, contributed to a delightful experience. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous throughout! The staff were incredibly nice, stored luggage for us and made checking in and out easy. The bed was comfortable and the room was nice and quiet. It's not often that you can look out the window and see a castle! We loved the convenience of the location and our tapas dinner at Ole Ole next door was wonderful (reservations encouraged). There were lots of quality options at the continental breakfast (beautiful pastries, breads, sliced meat and cheese, fruit, yogurt, and more). We would return in a heartbeat!

Staff was unbelievably. It seemed like some of them were there 24/7 and did whatever you needed. Service was fantastic and dinner and wine at their property were outstanding. Breakfast is free and it has everything you coulld ever want. We are going back!!!
