The location, the property condition, the host. All was perfect. Clean, secure and welcoming. The 3 bedrooms are a great size with the master having an en-suite bath. We stayed as a family of 5 and this property had everything we need. Ps - the restaurant below is superb also! I’ll definitely use again when back in my hometown.

Local shops and pubs accessible. Beach in walking distance from hotel. Nice beach to walk along mixture of sand and pebbles. Water sports evident whilst walking. Train station easily accessed. Driving distance to Arbroath and Dundee. Would imagine a good spot for golfing trip.

We normally stay in St Andrews when on a short break in the...

We normally stay in St Andrews when on a short break in the area. Carnoustie golf Hotel is more than a match for most St Andrews hotels. The town on the other hand is a long way short when it comes to restaurants and shops compared with St Andrews. If you are staying 1 or 2 nights then I would definitely recommend Carnoustie golf Hotel.

Couldn’t fault the house, location or the communication with...

Couldn’t fault the house, location or the communication with agents . Just a couple of issues with the kitchen sink being blocked and the dishwasher not working, other than that the house was comfortably and plenty of room for us all

Coastal location with good walks if you have a guide map or information. Pub food was good, lots of golf, nearby National Trust mill in interesting, nice beaches. Everything is convenient to the railway station and a bus service runs up and down the coast to nearby towns.

Food excellent.

Food excellent. All staff really excellent in all areas especially reception and restaurant. Lorraine in the spa is excellent at what she does and I would highly recommend and she is very friendly 😃😃😃. 5⭐ service. We will return very soon 😀

Staff were excellent and very helpful.

Staff were excellent and very helpful. Room was excellent with a beautiful view over the golf courses. Food in the restaurant was excellent and of a very high standard. Would highly recommend to stay at Carnoustie Golf Hotel.

Location was excellent and Lisa had a great welcome and was always available to offer good advice on sight seeing and dining . We booked a room with a view over Carnoustie and were not disappointed - lovely to overlook the whole town and onto the golf course in the distance . Breakfast was lovely , pre-ordered from the evening before with a great choice on the menu - all in all a fantastic stay

What a beautiful location. Right onto a beautiful stretch of beach. The sunset and sunrise were amazing to see. The property was in excellent condition and had loads of space for 8 people to stay. The town itself was east ro get around and the railway if you want a wee escape into Dundee was a 5 minute walk away.

A lovely apartment with a view over the golf course and a dedicated parking space and several visitor parking spaces. The owners left an extremely high quality welcome pack, probably the best we've come across in many years of holiday rentals.The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Staff lovely, breakfast really nice, good quality food and fresh not tinned fruit. room comfortably large easy walk to beach, town centre etc Trains noisy, but it is called the station hotel and some noise can be heard form the pub downstairs but everything closes early anyway.
