Very good location, comfy bed

Just stayed a quick night but everything was satisfying. Location, cleanliness, value, all fine. The included breakfast setup was convenient, each floor has a kitchen where you help yourself. Offerings included the basics like toast, cheese, fruit, coffee, good enough to start the day. The room has an electric kettle well-supplied with coffee, tea and real creamers, nice touch that they include a couple Biscoff cookies.

The Manager was excellent and the cooked breakfast was brilliant.

The room, the common area, the restaurants; they are all great. The staff is friendly and caring. It really brings you into the Titanic atmosphere.

Our stay at the Residence in was fantastic. Greeted firstly by welcoming, helpful staff (especially Jo on reception she was so lovely) Great location just a 30 minute stroll out of the city center, which was good considering the Civil unrest when we arrived! Nice breakfast selection, hot and cold. Exceptional rooms, spacious, kitchenette very handy, comfortable beds, great shower, 100% cotton towels & toiletries. Hotel is new so there for all facilities are brand new so you cant go wrong. Right opposite the Titanic museum which was a great afternoon out. Cinema and food hall a short walk away and a spar shop open until 10pm very handy. Bus stop outside the hotel to get about if you like, albeit we enjoyed walking. Overall we couldn't fault this hotel and highly recommend it. Thankyou Jo ;)

Everything was perfect. Very convenient location just next to Titanic museum and about 15 minutes walk to city center.

Perfect location right in the centre of Belfast. Near all my favourite old haunts from when I lived there. The staff was helpful, pleasant and funny. Will definitely book again!
