The pool the steam room the bed was comfy and the pub is a good little add on nice and chilled

First time to book here, and the hotel is close to all amenities, and 5 minutes drive to the hall where I had a meeting. Macdonald is just opposite the hotel. Tesco & Aldi just across the road. They are in a chain with Hungry horse where you can just order food/room service ❤️ The lovely receptionist, Rebecca was very welcoming all throughout the checkin process. Thanks Becky! You made us feel home. The staff at the bar were lovely, although it was a busy Saturday night, they still managed to facilitate us with hot sweet potato chips and tender chicken fillets. Excellent service to all Staff & the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back❤️🙏

The receptionist was very much excellent on duty. Very sociable and welcoming. I really told him on the face that I like his demeanor and smiling 😀 face. I give him a thumbs up 👍.

The property has a magnificent hill view scenery offering splendid views of beautiful valleys.

Room was Tidy and clean and the environment is calm

Grate location and amazing staff. My room was abit cold and could not adjust the air conditioning but told the receptions and the lady sort out with handing portable heater which helps alot during my stay. Thank you again for that.

Just took my money. We checked in then realized other ppl lives there too. Didn’t feel safe at all. When I said we don’t want the place and ask for money back, there was no care or sympathy. Cold and blunt said no we can’t dot it

Our room was pristine, the linens were clean and the breakfast was delicious with lots of selections.

We went to Alton Towers and this is the closest hotel to that other than the resort hotel, that’s why we chose it. Little did we know, we were in for a treat! It’s feels old and the Talbot next door is an amazing topping for the cake.
