The hostess was amazing. She was wonderful. She consistently checked up on me to know if I needed anything. She also went the extra mile to drive me to my place of interest. She is an incredible host and this place is lovely.

Lovely peaceful location on a fishing lake set in beautiful grounds. Glamping pod was very clean and had everything you needed, nice private outside space. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly. Toilet and shower facilities were very clean.

We usually stay in Skegness but not during school holidays...

We usually stay in Skegness but not during school holidays as we are a bit older now so enjoy a bit of peace and quiet on a night. We chose Friskney for this reason but also we were visiting Lincolshire Wildlife park on the way there, two days in Skegness (we did have to drive in) the visit The Wolds Wildlife Park on the way home. Friskney for the quiet night then a bit of noise and fun during the day

Friskney is a lovely quiet area.

Friskney is a lovely quiet area. There is a pub The Barley Mow a short walk from the site. There is a good and inexpensive Chinese takeaway in nearby Wainfleet All Saints. We visited an excellent zoo just a few minutes drive away Lincolnshire Wildlife Park. Skegness is only about 20 minutes away.

The property was advertised accurately and we knew what to...

The property was advertised accurately and we knew what to expect. It was clean, comfortable, and the area was new to us so we did lots of exploring. The rural farming community with miles and miles of arable land being farmed was an experience in itself as we saw all the tractors and the hard working farmers. It was also close to several bird watching sanctuaries and also near enough to the coast to give us lots to do in our three days away.

Lovely place run by lovely people, all that we needed was...

Lovely place run by lovely people, all that we needed was there, the gardens and lake are well maintained, toilets and showers very clean and lots of parking, the site is not far from other places like Skegness or Boston should you want to visit other places, if you like your site quiet and welll maintained then this is for you
