The Hotel was in the centre of town just perfect right across from where we were going. Amazing sea views. Exactly what we wanted. Staff were so lovely and helpful. Will be back

Ample parking. A nice place to sit downstairs if you wanted to get food and bring it back to eat, with a view of the ocean. anselmo's fish and chips was within walking distance and open a little later than most places. Breakfast was good.

Everything. My initial stay in the Esplanade was for 3 nights I ended up staying 3 months on and off nearly every week.

Comfy bed, loved the super soft sheets. Friendly people, tasty breakfast. Enjoyed the view from my room. Would totally stay there again.

Beautiful 400 year old inn!!! Loved the food, drink, and accommodations. The staff made sure we were warm and well fed when we spent a day indoors while storm Eowyn shut down the country - lovely to have a hot drink inside and watch the wind and rain from inside the cozy pub

Its location was perfect for what I needed. Travelling alone felt safe. Beautiful old building.

We were very happy with this hotel situated above a pub and located on the water . The room was very comfortable and we looked out over Gare Loch and saw a Cruise Ship in the distance on the opposite side to the hotel . We had dinner and breakfast and both were very enjoyable.
