The place was clean and tidy when we arrived. The amennities were well stocked and the place was in great condition. The location was ok. As long as you have a car I think its worth the value.

The room was very bright and clean. It smelled really good too. The bed was comfortable. There was a nice private deck and the room was totally private with beautiful views. The skylights added great light in the bathroom and bedroom. The room was decorated very tastefully. The guy who handled everything while we were there was amazing. He was very friendly, welcoming and warm. He handled multiple positions with such ease. The breakfast was over the top wonderful. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The Falcon Hotel has been a meeting place for me and my family for as long as I can remember, over 50 years. Together with The Brendon pub next door, The Falcon Hotel is an icon of Bude and in fact North Cornwall. The Falcon Hotel is of historical importance, it is a wonderful building in an amazing location. The staff are local, friendly and always helpful. I look forward very much to returning in the future.

Unfortunately we were unable to go to the local beach, as...

Unfortunately we were unable to go to the local beach, as the tide did not go out far enough and was on a short stay, however a coast line to choose from. I had a Chinese from the local takeaway that was good. Small Co-Op for your needs, also has a pizza place. We had dogs with us, so went to beaches (Dog friendly) but plenty of activities around for children.

Quiet peaceful village. SandyMouth bay: beach is beautiful. Must see 5 minute drive. Excellent location to explore local attractions Shops, petrol station, village pub, cash point everything you need in a small Cornish village

Friendly lovely village.all shops you need. Plus fish and chips pub pizza house. Kilkhampton common walk little gem especially with dogs. Winding tree lined walk with little stream running alongside.

Kilkhampton is not really exciting.

Kilkhampton is not really exciting. But there is a small and a larger supermarket. You are quickly in the neighboring village Bude. In Bude there are large shopping malls and a gas station. From Kilkhampton you can reach attractive places and sights, such as Tintagel or Padstow, relatively quickly. And if you don't want to cook like me, you go to the London Inn in the evening. Good food at pleasant prices and very nice people. My little dog Lotte was welcomed everywhere.
