Amazing service and understanding

Continental breakfast was nice and a good range of pastries, toast and jam, marmalade or chocolate spread. Cereal, fruit yoghurts and fresh fruit was available. Also selection of juices and tea and coffee. A cooked breakfast was available to buy but we just had the continental as it was delicious. That there was somewhere for food and drink in the evening

Easy access to where we needed to be in Derby for two days , very clean rooms nice and quiet and plenty of hot water !! For the money you couldn’t fault it !!

The location was great, within walking distance to the historic downtown. We didn’t have time for breakfast, but the owner made us tea and coffee. I would highly recommend that you stay here and support this. Local business.

From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Very comfortable beds. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful breakfast. Great location for airport and very convenient access for many nearby locations.

Great breakfast staff were on hand for any special requirements room was spotless and comfortable only issue the bar didn’t stock Bacardi😜

I needed a location near to Derby railway station and this was ideal. Due to maintenance in my allocated room the manager upgraded me to a better one, which was very comfortable. Full coffee/tea facilities etc.

Staff was amazing. Beds are extremely comfortable, breakfast was delicious.
