The room was big and very comfortable and the hosts made me feel so welcome. I only stayed for one night but wish I had had more time to explore the area because there was so much to see. Will definitely be back!

I had a had a long drive down from the Lakes and it was the perfect place to unwind, eat and drink from a reasonably priced but exceptional menu, have a chat to fantastically friendly staff and happy customers alike and be ready for a busy following day ,

I liked the room and food although needs to be cheaper barfood. The breafast Waiting staff need training.. I had to ask for every thing at breafast. I booked breafast but the table was not layed out with ANYTHING. They had no juice or jam. And only the second day the cereals were out. So the breafast facilities were a big let down and spoilt the stay.

It was a cosy attractive apartment but not en-suite. Beautiful scenery if you stepped outside. Not suitable for dogs. Eleven miles to grocery shop. Thirty minutes drive approximately to find good food. The Plough at Rhos Llandeilo was wonderful.

Cottage was dowdy in near of updating.

Cottage was dowdy in near of updating. Pictures on site were misleading. No wi-fi or mobile signal. Although stated there was no where to make a call in an emergency. Wanted £t0 for two dogs who slept in a dog cage which we though was excessive. Only stayed the one night. We also agreed with he previous occupants of the week before.

Llangadog is a small rural village in a remote part of Carmarthenshire. The scenery is gorgeous and there is some great walking to be had in the district, although personal transport is essential. The village itself is pleasant enough although very quiet with a small number of shops serving the local community all the year round and tourists in the summer. There is one hotel and two pubs for your entertainment, dining and drinking requirements but no nightclubs, stripclubs or other venues providing razzmatazz. If you are self-catering you will be able to get all your groceries in the village and if you want a quiet stay this place is recommended.
