The staff member who checked us in was exceptionally attentive and pleasant. We stayed in a number of hotels during our vacation, and he stood out as the most attentive host. It was late when we checked in and asked for a couple of sets of cutlery because we had bought cold food and had none. He was quick to provide us with this from the kitchen. These little things really make a difference.
