Hotel was very nicely decorated chilled relaxed vibe.

Comfort of the room & the use of the spa , also how well run the hotel was on a busy day when they was understaffed Top marks all the way

The location was close to family, easy access to Ebbsfleet International Station.

The food and staff were excellent, the room was lovely and clean and a nice big shower with great water pressure

The staff and locals were extremely friendly. We were made most welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need. We had an excellent stay! If you are looking for the Dorchester keep looking but if you want a friendly local with a warm welcome this is it!

It was central and having the cocktail bar we could enjoy bpre dinner drinks in the courtyard and have cocktails before retiring for the night treated our daughter and her new husband to a room as well room was very comfortable and bed really lovely bedding and comfy too

Nice, large and comfortable room The breakfast was exceptional Spa, with pool, sauna & hidro pool were really relaxing

Lovely, old-fashioned hotel privately run at a great location. Comfortable and clean rooms and bathrooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay

Too good for the price. Easy check-in and check out, staff member (Bhatti) was helpful throughout and also helped with moving my box. I would definitely be booking again should there be a need and would recommend it to anyone going that way.

The staff was WONDERFUL! I had recently stayed at some 5* hotels and I am here to say your staff were every bit as professional, friendly, and helpful. In addition, the bar/restaurant were just what needed after a long drive. Room was clean, well supplied, quiet, and cosy. Highly recommend.
