I was attending a family wedding which was held at the Hotel opposite so it was easy access. Also train station was opposite too.

Loved the location, staff were amazing. Everything was within proximity and I'm happy I booked Union.

The people were nice and laid back, everything was clean.

Conveniently located in the beautiful St Ives, easy walk from train station and close to seafront. Exquisite room, friendly people who make you feel at home. Great restaurant on site. What more could you ask for!

Location and restaurant superb.

The staff is awesome, attentive and lovely all the times! The hotel is an old house, but very beautiful, near the beach front. The room is small, but very cosy. So is the bathroom. We had a pleasant night. The hotel has a pub and à restaurant, which was great for us, as we had a long day driving with rain at time of arrival ( it was already dark). They have parking as well. We recommend the hotel.

Everything Possibly the best place we have ever stayed and definitely will be back Room was beautiful, restaurant and food incredible, staff you want to be friends with. From the moment we arrived till we left it was just such a joy

Public rooms. Ladies toilet on ground floor. parking. Reception desk. Breakfast very good. Sea view Spacious public rooms. Very good lunch. left my jeans in room and hotel rang me same day to,let me know and offered to,post but friend lives near bye so can arrange collection

They gave us a free upgrade even though we did not request on. Service,friendliness and welcome excellent.

Our room, our view, the balcony. We enjoyed the sauna, pool, restaurant, and beautiful view from the restaurant.

Amazing location, my room was actually right by the estuary with the water lapping at the veranda at high tide, fyi some rooms don't actually face the estuary. Nice to be woken by the honking of Canada geese (it was quiet honking as the double glazing does work).

The location, the staff, the food, the room, the view...everything was perfect. We loved our stay!
