Belvedere Guest House is an Accommodation Fraud. I booked there two nights in January 2026, however they never checked me in. When I contacted them through booking.com, they reacted with automatic messages.

What a gem of hotel! Staff were amazing. It was my birthday and all the staff sung happy birthday bringing out a candle on my breakfast.

Fantastic value for money, very modern inside with all the amenities, kettle, iron, fan etc. bed very comfortable, really nice and clean bathroom with hot shower. You also get a code to enter the building and your room no matter what time you arrive.

Best hotel to be at when coming to Great Yarmouth. It has everything you need. Full gym and pool. Next to Lidl. Very clean and based in Caister. Will be coming back here for sure!

Disclaimer-We were relocated to the Royal due to urgent maintenance at Villa Rose. The shower has good pressure The beds were nice and firm, with good pillows The rooms were big With a bit of work it has potential to be lovely. It's a really interesting building

Lovely, well appointed rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and great value for money. Cosy little bar and restaurant. Great location close to the beach front.
