Staff friendly, clean, warm and good food, close to the venue we attended and a quick ride to the train station.

The room was great, perfect silence and not too hot. Clean bedding and a good shower. Power and USB power next to the bed, lamp too. The property is obviously half way through a refurb, but if you ignore the hallway/reception being rebuilt the rooms are great. Those skylights are on the upper floor are REALLY going to need either tints or blinds in the summer though, or the rooms will be VERY hot during our increasingly hot summers.

Easy access, very clean hotel and friendly staff

I am a business traveller and need accommodation for two nights per week while working at the office. I commute from Liverpool, and after staying in most of the hotels in Rotherham, I finally found an excellent place where I intend to continue staying for the coming months. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable family rooms, and a major advantage is that there is a fine restaurant located diagonally opposite the property, offering halal food options. The shower facilities are exceptional, with excellent water pressure, and the complimentary coffee is of very good quality. Fresh towels are always provided, and the room is consistently clean and comfortable. Overall, the hotel offers great value for the money paid.

Great value, pizza place and corner shop right across road. Comfortable beds. TV in room for YouTube etc, complimentary coffees, soap and shower gel. I enjoyed the lack of staff as the check in was a breeze, just one phone call and within 2 mins we were in our room. CCTV cameras all over the hallways and entrance .

The room was great size,clean and lovely and warm. Shower was great. Parking free and plenty of spaces. Fantastic hotel for the money. But the best part was the lovely lady on reception who was so friendly and welcoming.

Perfect size room for a family of 5 Exceptionally clean the cleaning staff were amazing am a cleaner for a living and they were spotless Swimming pool was an added bonus kept the kids entertained however there was an age restriction on the jacuzzi so had two upset children most the time in the pool because they couldn’t understand why the couldn’t go in Breakfast was amazing All towels included even for the pool All bath products also included Will definitely be going again

Very comfortable and wonderful reception staff. Full English breakfast!!!! Will stay at this chain again on next visit. They even offer a feather pillow!!!

Did not get breakfast. Very central and easy to park and access the building.

It was a really nice area to stay in, the room was always kept clean and the staff are fast and friendly to do any job they can for you

Been here before and came back because it's not too far from train station, staff is prepared to wait with heated room which is important to me , and there are nice restaurants close by.
