We really enjoyed the place itself - beautiful building, pub and restaurant below, classic "old London" design of the lobby, stairs and rooms. In addition to that, spotless room, with everything you need, close to Elisabeth line station (which is direct to Heathrow airport and to London center), fine beer in the pub, helpful staff, and a very good breakfast (several hot options plus "continental" buffet). Will definetly stay here again when in London.

Great location.

Great location. Quiet and safe (we left kayaks on top of our car parked in the drive and no issues). Short walk to the train and easy direct commute into London. Waitrose is a short walk for groceries and we used Deliveroo for takeaway and shopping deliveries while we were there. Parked up the car and walked, trained or got deliveries to the door.

Very unpleasant experience, bad smells in both bedroom spoiled our stay. Even after the complaints, action taken after complete one day and one night, still the smell was persistent, there were spiders found in main bedroom near bed, my three year old son terrified by this incident and got scared of staying in hotels, there were no compensation or complimentary provided by hotel management. We are not going to recommend this property to anyone in the future.

Ruislip was a lovely part of greater London with lots of nearby facilities, including a park, shops, restaurants and a tube station (on the Piccadilly Line) The apartment was on a leafy residential street and was very homely

Great location very convenient to the tube and train station...

Great location very convenient to the tube and train station in South Ruislip. Two grocery stores and plenty of dining options are within walking distance. However, the cleanliness, local neighborhood and overall noise was difficult to get over especially during the hot summer months. I would not consider this a luxury apartment and would certainly not recommend it to any of my friends or family, unless improvements were made. I consider myself to be rather accommodating, but was very disappointed.

Ruislip is handy for the motorways.

Ruislip is handy for the motorways. It's also handy for the Central Line, so it does not take long to reach the centre of London. It is also handy for the Chiltern Line if needed to reach Wembley.

Carolyn's place was a very self contained apartment and had everything for a comfortable three night stay. Facilities including shower, TV and lights all worked well. The apartment was in a quiet location and only a short walk away from South Ruislip tube station which was really handy. All correspondence with the owner was good.

I liked that it was close and very accessible to Ruislip Manor tube station and I could get into the city centre easily and efficiently. I also liked the included breakfast and enough room to store belongings. I stayed for 2 weeks and it is perfect for a solo travel and short stay if you do not mind the commute into the city.

A spotlessly clean and comfortable maisonette. The location was great for visiting family in Ruislip Heated floor in the bathroom had been put on for our arrival which was a nice touch, and the host was great; explaining the heating etc. I’m sure in the summer the small garden and patio area are a bonus.

Well located near South Ruislip station. The annex was fairly well equipped. Parking space just outside. Well located for South Ruislip Central line station, Sainsbury's and a pub, Middlesex Arms that does food, all within a short walk. Everything was clean.
