I was pleased to return to Russ Hill for a night. It was good to have a respite after travelling from Canada. I knew the hotel from previous years as a teacher. It’s clean, cool, and comfortable. I missed the carvery breakfast this time. But disappointed.

I had an excellent experience with Mr. Nasir at Travelles Gatwick and Airport Parking. He was extremely polite helpful and made everything so easy from start to finish. He went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and well informed about the process. The service was quick professional, and very well organised. Truly outstanding customer service thank you Mr Nasir.

Rooms and location are beautiful and parking is easy!! Also staff member was great.

We liked the receptionists ( Sharon and Chloe) they went out of thier way to help us and welcome us... We booked again because of the friendly staff , only downside is no elevator ..So don't bring heavy bags.

Very nice, clean and modern new house. Comfortable bed, with smart TV, coffee and tea supplies and fridge. Staff friendly and helpful. Organised, transfer shuttle to the guest house from airport and tomorrow to train station for me. Close to airport, buses, shops, parks. Ideal for one night stop over to catch early flights. Transfer distance is 10 minutes ride to airport from guest house. I would highly recommend. Thank you - I will book again soon.

Friendly welcome. Able to collect keys early which was greatly appreciated. Comfortable firm mattress.

The staff at check in were so friendly. I had forgotten my phone charger and they lent me one without hesitation and assisted me on the bus I needed to catch in the morning to get to the terminal in time for my flight.

Very friendly and helpful staff who did their utmost to meet our needs with a ground floor room and a breakfast bag for our early departure. We also enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant. Very good value stay for our last night in the UK.

We stayed in the cabins and were really impressed overall. The cabins were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were cozy, and the bathrooms were excellent. We also loved the facilities. Although we did not use the gym, we took a tour and it looked very well equipped. The pool (indoor) was spacious, warm, and fantastic, especially since we visited in February. The restaurant was another highlight. It had a great selection of food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and everything felt well organized and welcoming.

I liked everything! Great staff, clean and comfortable room, value for money. If I'm in the area, will definitely be returning.

I Missed my flight so I stayed a night at the Bloc Hotel. It was such a unique experience since my room had a view of the planes taking off and landing. Definitely recommended!

No elevator. Staff helped with luggage, couldn't have been nicer. Slight mix up resolved immediately. Would stay again

The lovely warm helpful attitude of the driver from and to the airport, receptionist, and all the staff and a lovely welcoming atmosphere all round. I was travelling alone for the first time and it meant a lot to me. Thank you.

the location was perfect, just a few minutes walking distance from the airport. Perfect for early morning/late night flights.
