Great location in the centre of Ryde. The staff were very helpful when I needed them. I would have liked to have tried the restaurant but the chef was off sick so I was told.

The staff at The Birdham are the best thing about The Birdham!! They are absolutely brilliant and a real credit to the hotel! The food is also exceptional.

The room was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay relaxing. The location was also great, close to everything we needed. The staff were very accommodating and always ready to help, which made the whole experience even better.

The staff are super friendly! I went for the Isle of Wight ultra challenge & needed to have breakfast earlier than their schedule, they obliged us with hot breakfast

The food was amazing and the room I had was so comfortable Staff was excellent.

The room was well appointed and had everything we needed including Tea, Coffee and Water. TV on the wall with Freeview and a decent shower. There is a wardrobe too to hang your clothes and store your stuff. The apartments are well placed for the beach front and about a 30 minute walk into Portsmouth. Breakfast was excellent and definitely worth adding. You need to walk to the main hotel on Florence Road to have Breakfast which takes less than 5 minutes.

The professional reception customer service ( my arrival was out of hours and reception was being managed by the bar staff). My late evening meal of the slow cooked beef was simply outstanding! It was very enjoyable and highly recommended. My accommodation was spacious, clean, and the bedding comfy and inviting after a long day. Breakfast was equally enjoyable.

Lovely boutique style hotel close to Southsea seafront. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a great breakfast. The hotel's sister "gastro pub" across the road also did a great evening meal. Recommended, will visit again.
