Great hospitality and hotel architecture

A fantastic old building steeped in history tucked away in wonderful woodland but close to all amenities. Of particular interest to fans of Gilbert & Sullivan!

The room was a good size with everything needed in it. Obviously a new refurbishment, the room was pristine. Check in was managed remotely and the process was smooth. Able to park on the drive which was ideal.

Easy to locate and good parking space. Ben (i think that’s his name) was nice and made our stay wonderful

Very small but comfy. Very clean and near many restaurants and points of interest. Good value for the money.

Great service. Interesting place to stay.

First the staff.... they were just amazing! Friendly, warm, helpful and profesional! When I check in I could even choice my room, or room whorever I like. I asked if we could have a room with the view on Wembley Stadium... and yes we get the best best on the last floor with amazing view. The room was big enaugh for two persons, big bed and comfortable matras, love the pillows, thee & coffee, big TV and great bathroom with all what we needed. Natural cometics, softy towels and great shower. The location of this hotel is really excellent, 8 min walk from the Wembley Park metro station, (with the great view at the Wembley as well!) Many shops, shops centrum with great restaurants, Starbucks and bars, all by foot steps walk. The best part was a breackfast at the hotel! Great coffee, excellent choices of different & delicoius menu , nicely display, multi choices for vegetatian and vegan and the staff was really helpful. And the bar evening hours was really great and wonderful vibes, relaxing and funny.

I had moved from another hotel due to a bad experience. The receptionist on the evening of 31st March could not have been kinder to me. She went above and beyond her duties to look after me and I thank her for this.

The location is absolutely fantastic, so easy to communicate with central London by bus & train . Also it’s located at the heart of the town , surrounded by shop, mall & various restaurants. It’s really worth to stay to visit Londo within you budget.

We love Andy the manager! He is so nice and helpful, he really made our stay at the hotel a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend the Brent Hotel , it's a great place to stay. Lovely rooms,clean and comfortable . A perfect place when you are attending concerts at Wembley! Thanks again Andy!

The hotel is clean and it has everything we need - water heater, free coffee sachets and teas, cup and saucer, mini-fridge, hair dryer and iron with board. We stayed in a Premier Double Room with airconditioner. The size fits a queen-sized bed and sofa which functions as a daybed. There was also a pull-out bed from the sofa which we didn't use because we needed the space for the luggage and it was just me and my husband anyway. The private bathroom has a hot and cold shower. There is also a faucet for potable water. Tissue paper, hand soap, shampoo and body wash were also provided. The hotel have a place to eat and they offer breakfast for GBP 10. We didn't avail the breakfast because we usually buy food outside but you can request to use their microwave downstairs to heat your own food. There is also a lift, which is very helpful for us because of our luggage. They also have weighing scale for your luggage which is a plus. The staff is kind. Mr. Sachin, the receptionist, was very considerate. Too bad, we weren't able to get the names of the rest of the staff especially in the reception area. You can also request to leave your luggage in the reception area if early check-in or late check-out is not possible. They have a claim card that goes with your stuff so it's safe. As for the location, it is beside a police station. The area is quite busy which actually made me feel safe, with nearby restaurants (mostly Indian restaurants), stores (including Waitrose) and a market (South Harrow Market). Despite this, it wasn't noisy and we were able to sleep well (at least, from our room in the second room). Despite the distance from Central London, the nearby train station (South Harrow station of the Picadilly line) which is around 5-minute walk away and the bus stations (Grange Road which is right in front of the hotel and South Harrow station near the train station) make traveling easy, taking us around 40 minutes to reach the major sights (e.g.

The location and facilities were amazing.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at MSM Arena Hotel. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel's proximity to Wembley Stadium and the OVO Arena made it very convenient for the concert my friend and I attended on Sunday. The lady who greeted us was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. She took the time to show us around and explain how to use the high-tech locks, which were very cool. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
