Quiet despite being a pub on a main road. Reasonable price for the room. Nice and clean well furbished room. Very efficient staff in the morning ( at breakfast and checkout)

Entire experience was excellent. Great staff, facilities, parking - and the cocktails were great next door too! Didn't eat, but would have gladly, it all looked amazing. Nothing was too much effort - an all-round excellent place, that I'll defintiely choose over anything else in Exeter next time I come. Thanks so much all!

Nice old hotel in the heart of the city. The desk host was super friendly and helpful. Paid parking right in front of the building is also very convenient.

The hotel is brand new ( built in 2021) so everything is in perfect condition. Location for was perfect, as it is on the side of the road, but you can't hear any noise from inside the room. Very comfy bed, walk in shower ( which I really appreciate) and room size (22m2) Breakfast is excellent, many options, fruits, yogurt, cereals, different types of bread and cheese , smoked salmon and so on. Very complete. This was our second night there, we stayed there on our way to Cornwall and stayed there on our return from Cornwall. For us, it was excellent.

Location was fabulous, overlooking the estuary with the rising hills dotted with sheep behind the pool house. As a vegan the breakfast was adequate. The bread wasn't great. Used to sourdough not pre sliced white bread. Tofu scramble would have been nice. The tea was good and there was my preferred plant based milk.

Our room was spotless, well designed, with a fresh, contemporary feel throughout and the best linens I ever had in a hotel. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and professional, making the stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience in Exeter.

The room was excellent: clean, well designed, comfy bed, free coffee and tea, nice toiletries provided. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Previously I stayed at another hotel in Exeter and while this was a few pounds more per night it was miles above my previous hotel.
