Fabulous breakfast! Accommodating options for dinner especially when one comes without wheels so can only eat in town. Lovely room. A treat to have tea & coffee (plus biscuits) available at any time. Should I ever find myself returning to this area, I won't hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely location in a quiet street off the main town. Secure private parking. Host was fantastic, helpful, friendly, nothing too much trouble. His art work is amazing. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of options. Room was large, clean and very comfortable.

Just perfect! Such a gorgeous cottage as the pictures illustrate. Ideally located for exploring the beautiful village and short car journey into Barnstaple and surrounding areas! It was well equipped with all the comforts of home, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. Our host and owner Emma and Richard were always available should the need arise.
