Wonderful little place. The staff was so nice to our kids, they even have a corner with kids toys to play with. There is a nice little pub attached to the hotel and a restaurant that has really good food. We had the suite and it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good with many choicea to order. The 6 minute walk down to he harbor was just amazing.

Valerie and Ian are such a lovely and friendly host. Made me feel at home right away from the moment I was greeted at their doorstep. Such a comfortable & clean room. Perfect room temperature. Super soft & comfy pillow. They even provided hot chocolate in the room welcome pack. Amazing. Location is very close to Banff town centre. They had a shed where I could park my touring bicycle safely.

The village is really peaceful with a nice marina and walking areas. There are a few spots to eat but be mindful that you'll need to make reservations for dinner or plan around opening hours. We took day trips each day so it was the perfect base location. Highly recommend for families or if you're traveling with pets. Cullen is about 20-25 minutes down the road and you can stock up in Banff just down the road if you need anything not available at the Premier.

Whitehills isn’t a headline tourist destination but this traditional fishing village definitely grew on us. Just a couple of miles along the coast from Banff there’s a lovely coastal walk between the two places and there’s the most excellent friendly pub (Seafield Arms) in the village which does great food. For visitors with young kids there’s an excellent play park down on the sea front. It makes a good base for trips to Banff, Macduff, Portsoy and Cullen.
