Now, for full transparency: the bathroom is indeed very compact, and we noticed the kitchen could have used a more thorough clean. However, this is where perspective is key - compared to all other properties we saw in Mestia, this hut was hands-down the best option we found, and these minor points were far outweighed by everything else. Awesome outdoor spaces - huge terrace overlooking the mountains, hammock for relaxing and a great BBQ area.

The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. The breakfast was great, with homemade pies and freshly made juice. Special thanks to the lady in the kitchen, who prepared breakfast for us at 7 AM the day we were leaving. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful setting and new cabins with warm water that flows easily. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and prepared an incredible feast for me :)

We asked the owner to help finding the driver to Ushguli and he was very helpful with the arranging. We arrived before check-in time and we were able to have early check-in. The owner also provided a swift response to the message we send via booking, very impressive!! The room was clean, everything was as described.

It's not just a room for a night. It's a family hospitality. They take care of all your need. The room is clean. The family is friendly and available any time. They have a kitchen where you can cook your own food. The view from the windows is perfect. Fata, the father will drive you anywhere in the roughest roads. And if you have any issues, he will support you. I had a flat tire in my rental car. He took me to the tire repair shop. Called the guy from his house and fixed the tire. We liked this place and we recommend it very much.
