Great value for the price. It is modern, clean, nicely designed, looks newly renovated. Beds are very comfortable, the views are great, there are pine trees in the front yard, playground in the back yard, balconies are quite spacious. Food in the restaurant is tasty, prices are average, waiters are a bit slow, but polite and helpful. They provide beach towels and beach chairs. Beach is 50 meters, across a very small road. Staff is helpful. Unlike in most other Georgian hotels on the Black sea coast, they clean rooms every day and change towels and sheets every three days, without any reminders or requests.

Located at the beachfront, Hotel Premium offers accommodations in Ureki. Guests can enjoy massage therapies on site. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
