The location was perfect for exploring Grande Terre. The rooms were lovely; the pool area divine. The breakfast (and the dinners) were great value, served with attention and care. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, helping us to plan our two weeks in Guadeloupe, and showing great patience with our limited language skills (primarily English, with only a bit of French.) When our travel plans to Marie Galante were disrupted, their help was essential to keeping our vacation on track.

This was the last of four hotels we stayed at in Guadeloupe. We rate it highly for its sense of comfort, security, and discretion. The WiFi works perfectly, and the breakfasts are plentiful. I'd like to emphasize the excellent team of beautiful staff who cared about our well-being – Christelle, Marie, and Alizée (names in no particular order – they are all exceptional). Highly recommended place.

We were very happy with our stay. From the beginning, Christophe was quick to respond to all my questions and was super helpful as I was trying to plan a special birthday dinner the day of our arrival. The property is beautiful, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was such a bonus for a moment of relaxation and we appreciated the convenient on-site parking.

Such a friendly and fun place to visit. Babette & Peeyo make the space feel so special and being everyone together. Close to beaches, restaurants and 2 pools on site. They even have bikes you can borrow. Don’t hesitate to stay. It’s just such a beautiful collective…pictures don’t even do it justice.

We didn't rent a car and there is not much public...

We didn't rent a car and there is not much public transportation in the area. If you want to get places, you need to walk or take taxis, and they are expensive. But the town is interesting. Lots of restaurants, lovely marina and fishing port, as well as a market in the town centre. Some lovely beaches nearby, but you need a car.

Saint Francois has hidden restaurant gems, including some that are not listed on any app but deserve to be recognized. Special mention to L'Autre Version, which has been totally renovated, is under new management, and has an amazing menu and wine list. On the negative side, Saint Francois needs to have its roads renovated and add more parking spots.

Enjoyed the fact that it was not a big crowded resort- 8 bungalows and 3 apartments in the main building meant small amount of guests; safe, gated enviroment where privacy and laid back, leisurely passtime was possible. Only drawback, for those who are beach lovers,, the best beach was at the village of St. Anne, about 15-20 minutes drive away, but worth the drive! However, a short drive into Saint-Francois where there are plenty of good restaurants to choose from. Beware! if you are driving, the locals tend to drive extremely fast on the very narrow and pot hole roads !

Unfortunately much of what St-Francois and Ste-Anne had to offer is lost as a result of all the sargasse seaweed that comes to shore. The smell is horrendous and completely ruined the south and east sides of Grande-Terre. Recommend avoiding.

Saint Francois is a lovely resort on the Island .Everybody can find here everything what he wants to have-nice beaches,good restaurants,shops,services,trips.Bus transport could be better organized and it is not too much reliable

We loved our location away from traffic and noise.

We loved our location away from traffic and noise. Saint Francois has everything we needed including easy access to the rest of the island of Grande Terre. Lovely restaurants on the marina and nightlife if that's what you want. It is very close to Pointe du Chateau, the easternmost tip of the island which was magnificent and worth the trip.

Excellent value for money, super available and kind staff. Little beach in the property a real dream (the water looks like a swimming poo), the few food options (breakfast place, restaurant) in the complex are very practical and also good. Parking available at the site, it’s convenient. In the whole area of Saint François (hence including the complex) they have water supply cut from 20:00 to 5-6:00 the next day - we were duly warned by the manager, so that we could organise accordingly.

The apartment’s location was excellent, and Pascal was an exceptionally attentive host. I usually prefer staying in hotels, but this time, this was the perfect choice. The apartment had everything I needed, and for a solo traveler, the space was more than generous and I felt totally safe there. A special thanks to Pascal for offering a late check-out, as my flight wasn’t until the evening. It made the start of a long journey home a bit easier.

Studio apartment with everything we needed including a washing machine with detergent provided. The local beach was very close. The location was perfect for exploring St Francois, St Anne and the eastern end of Guadeloupe. The owners were very friendly and welcoming and got in touch with us about 3 days before our arrival. We would definitely recommend staying here.
