In a quiet and popular residential area, just a few minutes from the Marina and the beautiful beach of "Les raisins clairs", Villa Rosa Karibella warmly welcomes you and make your stay the sweetest moment! With its large volumes (nearly 200 m2), its exotic garden and nice swimming pool, it dominates the village and lets you catch a glimpse of the deep blue waters, close to the lagoon. Just relaxing, or discovering all the beauties of Guadeloupe: it's up to you! All rooms are large and air conditioned; they all have a bathroom and WC. The villa also has a large parking space: you can choose to park in the street, or enter your car inside the property. Welcome cocktail offered, and first free breakfast, for any stay of at least 3 nights. Possibility to use washing machines and dryer (extra charge).

Neighborhood info

You will be 10 minutes walk from the beach of "Les raisins clairs": you will find something to eat (sandwiches, ice creams and other local specialties), in the shade of "carbets" and almond trees. You will also be less than 5 minutes drive from the Marina, its bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and beaches. Saint-François has become a main tourist area of Guadeloupe. The site of the "Pointe des Châteaux" has been recognized by the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development, as a unique biodiversity area. Saint-François is 30 kilometers of trails, 150 hectares of turquoise blue lagoon, and 35 kilometers of coastline. Labeled "France Station Nautique" since 2007, Saint-François gathers a large number of activities: kitesurf, funboard, surf, day cruises, kayak, ... Finally, how not to mention its Marina, its 18-hole international golf, parachuting school and paragliding, ... Enjoy your stay !
