The location was great as the hotel was minutes away from Petani Beach and 15mins from Ammos Beach. Myrtos was a little farther due to the closure of the Winter Bridge. Repair in progress, not sure when this route will be open. Hotel is new so everything functioned as designed. Heating worked great as a few of the nights it was cold so we turned on the Heating for 30mins to warm up the Suite. Kitchenette was perfect for preparing a light dinner if you don't want to drive out to eat. Good size balcony with a table to enjoy some wine while watching the sunset. WiFi was stable and fast. Pool was open but it was still a little cold to jump in. Even though, the hotel was next to the road, it was quiet when a car passes by. At night, the area is quiet except for the occasional barking dogs from the neighboring houses. The Breakfast area is still under construction so Breakfast was provided in the suite every morning. Most importantly, the Owner, Ilias was very helpful with local information and reply promptly to questions via WhatsApp. Many thanks Ilias for letting us enjoy your new hotel. We look forward to returning at the end of Summer so that we can swim at Petani and Ammos Beaches!

We were amazed by the staff, there was nothing to big or small, from the moment we walked in until we left 3 days later they were constantly making our stay wonderful. Special mention to Martine and Dimitris, also to the reception team and coffee maker. Breakfast was excellent every day, and the spa facilities at Casaly were perfect for us. We cannot more highly recommend Canale, Casaly and Costa Costa beach club. Thank you all so much!

The suite was very appealing in design , comfort ,and cleanliness. It was very close and easy walking to the port, the main square, as well as shops and restaurants. Stefanos was an amazing host. He met me at the property upon check in and even carried my bags up for me. Such a thoughtful host. Provided recommendations for restaurants. He checked in to make sure I was settled and had no concerns. Snacks and drinks were provided by the host to enjoy, I appreciated the big supply of waters and found myself snacking on the cookies. They went so well with the expresso coffee. In fact , I liked this suite so much that I opted to stay an extra night. I had been traveling around and found that I needed a bit of a break. I was able to relax here and enjoy the pace. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was lovely. I highly recommend staying here.

Casaly Hotel & Spa in Argostoli is one of a kind luxury stays in Kefalonia. This is where luxury and convenience does not disappoint. The hotel is located across from the harbour. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning. The staff is extremely professional and kind. They will go out of their way to ensure you are completely satisfied with your stay there. We have used their SPA facilities and services and they are remarkably. My husband still talks about the Swedish massage he received for his sore shoulder. Breakfast and service was superb. We highly recommend Casaly Hotel & Spa if you are planning on visiting this enchanting town.

Lixouri is an amazing little town with many, many options...

Lixouri is an amazing little town with many, many options for food, drinks, entertainment, and sightseeing! Our favourite food was the moussaka at Akrogiáli and the freddo espresso from literally anywhere (but especially Cafe Pero). There is a bus service/station so you can get to other nearby towns, Xi beach, for £2. The ferry to Argostoli is £3pp and is every 20ish minutes late into the night. We didn't have a car so it was hard to get around, but we found plenty to do within walking distance. There is a taxi service in Lixouri (prices vary a few € each time) which was good after dark - because walking back to our hotel in the dark was a bit scary! I would recommend booking a car in advance.
