I loved everything about Marina hotel. the location is quite and surrounded by nature but still a frw min. walk from the center. The pool is great! the hosting is generous and helpfull, the staff are super nice. I loved the lounge and breakfast area on the central floor, beautifull, charming, great vibes, airy and very clean. The breakfast delicious super comfy beds. would come back for sure! loved it.

Melissa Hotel is a beautiful family run business. It is within walking distance of the beach but far enough away from the busyness to be peaceful. The service we received was excellent and we were made to feel right at home . Breakfast offered a variety of dishes, many of which had been made in house.

I shall not write about Listaros.

I shall not write about Listaros. Listaros itself is a very small village with one cafe/tavern. Close to the villa is the traditonal village of Sivas with charming central place, old houses and narrow streets. There are 2 splendid taverns there - Vafis and Pezula and some small shops. The large town Moires is some 10 min. of drive, with all its shops (regular, not tourist trash like in Matala), cafe, tavernas and traditional weekly fair. There are important archeological places nearby - Agia Triada, Phaistos, Gortys.
