RomaniaReally nice acomodation, sparkly clean, kitchenette is well equipped, Gerakina (host) is very friendly and helpful; parking in garden at shade is nice, and there is option to use outside grill if needed; location is pet friendly; 500m there is a bakery open early morning, nice beaches around with Mt. Athos in backgroung. Highly grateful for this experience!

United StatesWe stayed for ten days with our family of 4 adults and one child, and it was a wonderful experience. Anastasia and Babis were super hosts and incredibly accommodating to our many requests. The villa grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and the surroundings are very peaceful. There are three separate units in the villa, which share walls, and a common pool space. The villa itself is brand new; it is meticulously designed with natural materials and comfortable furniture. Everything is so well thought out and beautifully designed. The beds were on the firmer side and very comfortable, and the AC worked well (though it requires all windows and doors in the entire home to be shut in order to work). Babis and Anastasia brought us fresh Greek coffee and home made marmalades for our stay, and there is a cleaner who comes every day to take out the trash and keep the grounds in order. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

CanadaWe had a wonderful stay. As a family of four, we really appreciated the spaciousness of the upper-floor apartment. It was beautifully equipped with everything we needed! Two bathrooms and two terraces gave us plenty of comfort and privacy, and the designated parking spot right at the front made things extra convenient.
Despite the summer heat, the air conditioning kept the entire space cool and comfortable. The apartment had a charming, traditional vibe that made it feel both authentic and welcoming.
The location was perfect - peaceful yet close to everything. Grocery stores and restaurants were just a short walk away, and we especially enjoyed visiting the local farmers market on Saturday, which is nearby.
All in all, a serene and charming place to stay. We loved it and would happily return.

North MacedoniaWe really enjoyed our stay at Griavas Villa! The place is very cozy, spotless clean, and located in a campsite with a beautiful view, right across the beach. The host was very kind, allowing us early check-in and late checkout, which made our stay even more relaxing. We also appreciated the complimentary water and snacks– such a thoughtful touch.
The location is also perfect if you have bikes, as it makes it easy to explore the beautiful surrounding beaches. It’s just a shame the villa was available only for one night, because we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended!

This lovely little town offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere full of locals having their morning coffee and/or playing backgammon. On Saturdays, the town comes alive with a bustling market, brimming with fresh produce and handmade goods.

It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set...
It is a truly unique village, not right on the beach but set back in the hills. The people and the authenticity of the place where just fantastic . Some great restaurants frequented by the locals, so good reasonable food. The place comes alive in the evening with the locals partying. Highly recommended.

Small village very-very narrow streets.
Small village very-very narrow streets. If you have bigger car (i.e. Toyota Hilux Pickup etc. or a car with trailer) its better to skip Sykia. Its 6 km from the Beach - its you have to know. Not all the villagers are likes the tourists (almost of them are not living from tourism! - so not everyone is kindly with the tourist. They are not rude - only ignore you and not help/speak with you, or maybe make a comment to you about you have got much money and they have not. etc.)
I do not recommend it for long stay - only 2-3 days max.

Green field around of bungalow,everything clean and have been looking after. In bungalow just one room and shower with toilet, but nice dinning area on the terrace I front of your door. Location is absolutely perfect clean sandy beach,nether have been craudy Located in lagoon surrounded by mountains water is clean. A choice of restaurants around and a shop on the beach. Nice paivkent among the beach, it’s also equipped with lights at night Staf friendly and helpful

1. Great value for money: you get what other hotels ask 20-30% more.
2. The pool looks just amazing, with a couple nice olive trees around, nice sunbeds and umbrellas. The glass wall adds a beautiful infinity effect and a luxury touch.
3. For the breakfast you can choose from around 6 menu entries, plus there's a tiny buffet where you can make you a sandwich or get some cereals with milk. Don't expect anything exceptional, but the food is good enough to start the day :)

Sikia village, the traditional greek house and the trees, terrace view, the host was very friendly and she offered a gift to my daughter (perfect games for holiday and nice memories). Welcome items to have a good stay (cold water, beer, juice, coffe, sweets) and cosmetic items.

This apartment is very spacious, clean , well equipped and beautifully decorated. It’s in a very quiet and traditional village of Sikia, close to the nicest beaches of Sithonia. The garden view of the balcony is very pleasant. The owners are pleasant and friendly people.
