Everything, peacefull location and birds singing in the morning. Close to Oprtalj which is magical. Everything is spotlesly clean and brenad new which was very beautiful. We'll come back for longer stay and would recommend especially if you like peace and nature.

A good location for a hassle-free stay in Oprtalj, Rooms Stancija Ruseti is a bed and breakfast surrounded by views of the garden.

Our stay was amazing and so, so comfortable. Everything from the delicious breakfast (I'm still dreaming of the delicious, homemade, not overly sweet breakfast cakes that we offered alongside the fabulous breakfast!) to the comfortable king size bed (I'm super picky about beds). This was a great spot for day trips to all the hill towns and perfect home base. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful with suggestions of places to visit and restaurant. The pool looked lovely, but alas, a storm arrived the same day we did so it was much too cold for us to swim - though we could of had we wanted to. I highly recommend Rooms Stancija Ruseti to anyone visiting the area and will definitely come back if we find ourselves in that part of the world again!

The village where the house is located is very charming, and the house enjoys a well-situated position with a beautiful, open view. Another aspect that sets this property apart from similar rental homes is the harmonious furnishing, with several antique pieces, and the care taken in the renovations, which have preserved the original character of the house. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy.

Host met us to help us get our bags to the apartment. The studio apartment was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was amazing, and we sat out there as much as possible. Free parking was available a short walk from the apartment. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
